Anisha J. King is a composer for film and other visual media, with a background as a classical pianist and flutist. A graduate from the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music, she was one of only six people from all over the world accepted into the Conservatory’s Film Scoring postgraduate certificate program. At the Conservatory, Anisha had her orchestral piece “Alien Invasion: The Deadly Dash” recorded with Union musicians at Sony Playstation Studios, in San Mateo, California. Anisha has had the pleasure of scoring the music for a number of projects, such as short films, podcasts, and mini-documentaries. She believes in the power of storytelling, and music’s ability to transform a scene into a powerful and emotionally-driven lyrical tale. One of her greatest joys is collaborating with directors, to create a musical idea that helps propel a project forward, rooting audiences in their seats.
